Why are there both hot water extraction and dry cleaning?
Carpets, rugs and upholstery are made of different materials. Most can be submitted to hot water extraction cleaning but there are exceptions. That is why we also provide dry cleaning for those delicate pieces which can’t withstand the high pressure and temperature of water. But no matter which procedure you choose, we guarantee a five-star quality service and excellent results!
What fabrics can be submitted to these cleaning procedures?
Hot water extraction method of cleaning is great for carpets and upholstery made of woolen, nylon, polyester, acrylic, fake suede, propylene and all other synthetic fabrics in general. However, pieces made of 100% natural fibres (such as cotton, silk and linen) should be dry cleaned. In general, dry cleaning is suitable for all fabrics but we strongly recommend hot water extraction in case it’s applicable.
What should I do if I don’t know the material my carpet/upholstery is made of?
No worries, simply book a service and our highly-regarded specialists will be able to determine the fabric your interior pieces are made of. Additionally, you can check the labels of your items – you will probably find the needed information there as well as the recommended cleaning method.
Will the stains be removed?
Both cleaning methods are extremely effective for the fabrics they are applicable to. Our professional equipment and high-end detergents insure the good results. But you should know some stains are simply impossible to clean. For instance, those who are way too old or left by heavy-duty chemicals. In such cases, the substance has settled deep into the fabric and there is either permanent damage or colouration. What is Scotchgard and why use it?
Scotchgard is a great precaution when it comes to future stains and accidental spills. It will protect your carpets and upholstery from colouration. When we apply the stain repellent, liquids such as milk, coffee and soft drinks will be cleaned more easily in case of accidental spill. In fact, Scotchgard is so effective, it’s protective coating lasts for up to 12 months!
Before a book a service, should I provide anything?
All you need to do is tell us the address of your property and grant us access to it. We will bring our professional equipment and detergents to deep clean your carpets and furniture. We can even arrange a service for properties which don’t have electricity or running water!
Can I have my money back if I am not happy with the service?
Refunds are possible, though there are conditions. First and foremost, we must receive a notification within the service-specific time limit. Secondly, we must be provided an opportunity to re-do the service to satisfactory standards.
